Terrible!
1it is not the amount of money which shocks me it is the amount of people who are "like paralyzed" or "petrified" by horror and unable to give a hand. Should it be known to the management, they should listen and act - not react but prevent...
In addition to that it makes me sad that most are only watching and not doing anything... BTW: it is the same here, there are a lot of young people here who are very violent and (not only) damaging anything when bored (also harassing people, elderly ones and young kids etc...). But the police just watches - even the police is afraid of them...
I am not surprised that vigilantism is increasing...
Courage even starts with saying "NO"...
